SHIPPING POLICY

All Walton Way merchandise is printed to order in the UK by our fulfilment partner. This means we do not hold stock and your item is made especially after your order is placed.

UK DELIVERY ONLY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at this time.

PRODUCTION TIME

Orders normally take 3–5 working days to produce before they are dispatched. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Royal Mail 48 Tracked — £3.99
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–5 working days.
Estimated total time including production: approximately 5–10 working days.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked — £6.99
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–3 working days.
Estimated total time including production: approximately 4–8 working days.

Free UK Delivery — available on orders of £50 or more
Orders using free delivery are sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Choosing Royal Mail 24 Tracked speeds up delivery after dispatch but does not reduce the 3–5-working-day production time.

TRACKING

When your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All production and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occasionally occur because of high order volumes, bank holidays, severe weather or disruption within the postal network.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us immediately at thewaltonwayshop@gmail.com if you notice an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production. Additional postage may be charged if an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please email thewaltonwayshop@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the delivery with our fulfilment partner or courier.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

Items within the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. Where this happens, you will receive the relevant tracking information for each shipment.
